Ok, so lets start off with the carrot cake.

Here is the recipe,

Carrot cake 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups finely shredded carrot (9 carrots) but I used around 5 and it was plenty
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 4 eggs
